1. Your first payment for a plan: 7 days to change your mind
The 14-day Pro trial exists so you can test everything before paying. If you pay for a plan and it still turns out not to fit, we refund the first payment for that plan in full if you ask within 7 days of the payment and the workspace has not been used in anger in the meantime.
“Not used in anger” means you tried it rather than ran your business on it. As a rule of thumb: fewer than ten posts published and under a hundred AI replies sent since the payment, and no API key put to regular use. If usage is higher we may still refund at our discretion, or offer a partial refund or credit.
The 7-day window applies once per plan per workspace: your first payment for Starter, your first payment for Pro, and so on — not to a later payment after you cancelled and came back.
2. Renewals are not refunded
Monthly and yearly renewals, and manual payments for a further period, are not refundable, including when you forgot to cancel or did not use the service during the period. We send a reminder before a yearly renewal and before a manual period ends so this does not catch you out. If a renewal was charged after you had cancelled, that is our mistake and we refund it at once.
3. Cancel any time — the plan stays until the period ends
You can cancel from Billing in your workspace at any moment. Nothing is charged again, and the plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for; then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Unused time is not refunded or converted to credit, except as described in sections 1 and 7.
Moving to a smaller plan works the same way: the new plan starts when the current period ends, unless you ask us to switch sooner.
4. Refunds of bKash and Nagad payments
Manual payments are refunded to the same bKash or Nagad number the payment came from, within 7 working days (Sunday to Thursday) of our approving the refund. We refund the taka amount you sent; transfer fees charged by bKash or Nagad on the original payment or on the refund are not refunded. If the number has changed, tell us when you ask and be ready to confirm the original transaction id.
A manual payment that we could not match or that you sent by mistake (wrong amount, wrong plan, duplicate) is not a subscription: write to us with the transaction id and we return it or apply it correctly.
5. Refunds of card payments
Card refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 2 working days of approval; your bank typically shows them within 5–10 business days. We cannot refund to a different card or by another method. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — a chargeback on a payment we would have refunded anyway only delays things and may suspend the workspace until it is resolved.
6. How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include the workspace name, the plan, the date of the payment and — for bKash / Nagad — the transaction id and sending number.
- Tell us briefly what did not work; it helps us improve and it is not a test you can fail.
We answer within 2 working days and tell you whether the refund is approved and when to expect it. Once refunded, the workspace moves to the Free plan immediately.
7. Other cases
- Outages. If the service was unavailable or could not publish for a significant part of a paid period because of us, we extend the period or credit you, even where this policy would not otherwise require a refund.
- Features we withdraw. If we remove a feature your paid plan depends on, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.
- Price changes. A price change applies from your next renewal and is announced at least 30 days ahead; if you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal.
- Your own AI key. Charges from OpenRouter or a model provider for a key you brought are between you and them; we cannot refund them.
- Consumer law. Where the law of your country gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights apply.
