Limits reset monthly where they are monthly. “Unlimited” means we don’t count it; fair use and the acceptable-use policy apply.
What counts as an AI reply
One AI-written comment reply or one Messenger draft counts as one reply — whether the assistant sends it, you approve it, or you discard it. Helper work inside the same reply (classifying the comment, the fact check, a rewrite) is not counted separately. Likes, hides, skips, scheduling and publishing never count.
When the monthly allowance is used up, the assistant pauses and tells you once; comments keep arriving in the inbox and you can answer by hand. On Pro and Agency you can bring your own OpenRouter key: the allowance then no longer applies and you pay the model provider directly.
Paying by bKash or Nagad
On the billing page choose bKash or Nagad. You will see the amount in taka (converted at the rate shown), the number to send to, and a field for the transaction id. Send the money from your own bKash or Nagad account, enter the transaction id, and submit. We approve manual payments by hand — usually within one working day, Sunday to Thursday — and the plan activates for a month or a year from approval. You get a notification either way.
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and local cards Stripe supports) go through Stripe Checkout and activate instantly; renewals are automatic until you cancel.
Billing questions
What do I get during the trial?
Everything in Pro for 14 days: 25 pages, 10 teammates, the Messenger assistant, API keys for ChatGPT and Claude, and the Pro AI allowance. No card is taken; there is nothing to cancel. When it ends the workspace moves to Free unless you pick a plan.
What happens to my pages if I drop to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Your pages, posts, media, knowledge base and history stay. Features the new plan doesn’t include (for example the Messenger assistant on Free) pause, and you can’t add pages, members or keys beyond the new limits until you remove some or upgrade again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Card subscriptions switch at the next renewal through the billing page. For bKash / Nagad, simply pay for the cycle you want next time; a new period starts when the current one ends.
How do upgrades work mid-month?
An upgrade takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed — instantly for cards, on approval for bKash / Nagad. If you had unused time on the old plan, write to us with the workspace name and we extend the new period to match it.
Do you charge VAT or other taxes?
Prices are shown without tax. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you; where we are required to collect one, it is shown before you pay. Payment confirmations are emailed for every payment and listed on the billing page.
What if a payment fails or I can’t pay on time?
We notify you and keep the plan running for a short grace period of three days so nothing stops mid-week. After that the workspace moves to Free limits until the payment goes through; nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, if you have barely used it, yes. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the period ends. Full details are in the refund policy.
