Check a Facebook data-deletion request
When you remove Flowmind Social from your Facebook account or ask Facebook to delete your data, Facebook sends us a deletion request and gives you a confirmation code with a link to this page. Enter the code to see the status of the request.
Statuses: received — the request is logged and being processed; done — the data has been deleted. If the code is not recognised, check it against the one Facebook showed you or email us.
1. Delete it yourself — four ways, each immediate
- Disconnect a social account
- In the app: Content → Pages & accounts → Disconnect next to the Facebook, YouTube or X account. The stored access token or keys are erased at once. The page’s content and history stay until you delete the page.
- Delete a page
- Content → Pages & accounts → Delete page. Removes the page and everything under it: scheduled and published post records, uploaded media, comments, Messenger conversations, drafts, the knowledge base, people, feedback and name-request lists, and the tokens of the accounts connected to it.
- Delete a workspace
- Workspace owner only: Settings → Delete workspace. Removes every page in it (as above), the team and roles, invitations, API keys, notifications, the activity log, Telegram and AI-key settings. Other members lose access immediately.
- Delete your account
- Account → Delete account, confirmed with your password. Removes your profile, your sessions and every workspace you own (as above). Workspaces owned by other people, in which you were only a member, keep running without you.
Each action is final; there is no recycle bin. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the plan instead — nothing is deleted when a plan ends.
2. Ask us by email
If you would rather we did it, or you no longer have access to the account, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data” from the email address on the account (or, if you cannot, with enough detail for us to verify that the account is yours). Say whether you want a specific page, a workspace or the whole account removed. We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days and usually within a few working days.
3. What happens when data is deleted
- Rows are deleted from the live database and files from storage at once; connected tables cascade so nothing is left orphaned.
- Deleting a page or account in Flowmind Social does not delete anything on Facebook, YouTube or X — posts you published and replies you sent remain on the platforms, as they would after using the platforms’ own apps. Manage them there.
- Payment records that accounting law requires us to keep are retained without personal content; aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you may be kept.
- Copies in encrypted backups are removed as the backups rotate, within 30 days.
- Access tokens are deleted on our side; to be certain the platform no longer lists our app, also revoke it there (sections 5 and 6).
4. Timelines
| Action | Live data removed | Gone from backups |
|---|---|---|
| Self-service deletion in the app | Immediately | Within 30 days |
| Request by email | Within 30 days (usually a few working days) | Within 30 days after that |
| Facebook data-deletion callback | Within 30 days; status shown on this page | Within 30 days after that |
5. Facebook users
- To stop Flowmind Social accessing your Pages, disconnect them in the app (section 1), and/or on Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find “Flowmind Social Publisher” and choose Remove. You can tick the option to delete the data the app may have — Facebook then sends us the deletion request automatically.
- Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page. Keep the code.
- Enter the code at the top of this page to see whether the request is received or done.
If you commented on or messaged a Page that uses Flowmind Social and want your comment or message removed from that Page’s workspace, see section 7.
6. Google / YouTube users
Disconnect the channel in the app (section 1), which deletes the OAuth tokens and the channel’s data. To revoke our access on Google’s side as well, open myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Flowmind Social and choose Remove access. YouTube data we hold is deleted when the channel is disconnected or the page or workspace is deleted.
7. If you are not our customer
If your comment or message appears in a Flowmind Social workspace because you wrote to a Page that uses the service, the Page owner controls that workspace. The quickest route is to ask the Page directly (deleting your comment on Facebook or YouTube also removes it from the workspace at the next sync). You can also write to [email protected] with the Page name and what you wrote, and we will remove it from the workspace or pass your request to the owner.
