Encrypted at rest
Page tokens, OAuth tokens, API keys and Telegram secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key that never leaves the server, and are never sent back to a browser.
HTTPS everywhere
TLS on every request, HSTS, a strict content-security policy, HttpOnly session cookies and cross-site request checks on every change.
Least privilege
Roles decide what each teammate can touch. API keys are read-only or act, limited to the pages you pick, rate-limited and revocable in one click.
Activity log
Every sign-in, post, reply, role change, payment and AI-agent call is recorded per workspace with who did it and when.
You own your data
Disconnect an account, delete a page, a workspace or your whole account — each removes the related data at once. Facebook’s data-deletion callback is supported with a confirmation code.
Your facts stay yours
The AI sees only the comment or message, the post it is under and your knowledge base — never tokens, emails or payment data. We do not train models on your data, and nothing is sold.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they start
Which platforms are supported?
Facebook Pages (posts, photos, videos, Reels, comments and Messenger), YouTube channels (uploads, scheduling, comments, analytics) and X accounts (posts) today. Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest are coming; they will appear in the same planner and comment desk.
Will the AI post things I have never seen?
Only if you ask it to. Every page starts in “ask me first”: replies and Messenger drafts wait for your approval. Auto mode sends a reply on its own only when its rule allows it and the reply passes the fact check against your knowledge base — complaints, emergencies and unknown questions are always held for a person. You can switch a page back at any time, and everything sent is in the activity log.
Where does the AI get its facts?
From your knowledge base and the post the comment is under — nothing else. If neither answers the question, the assistant says it will find out and puts the question in your queue. When you answer it, the answer is saved so the next person gets it immediately. It also learns the style of the replies you write yourself.
What counts as an “AI reply” on my plan?
One AI-written comment reply or one Messenger draft — whether it is sent automatically, approved by you, or discarded. Helper calls such as rewrites and fact checks are not counted. Likes, hides, scheduling and publishing never count. On Pro and Agency you can bring your own OpenRouter key and the quota no longer applies.
Do I need a developer to connect ChatGPT or Claude?
No. Create an API key under Workspace → API keys & MCP, choose read or act and the pages it may see, then paste the endpoint and the key into your client. The docs have copy-paste settings for Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code.
How do I pay from Bangladesh?
Choose bKash or Nagad on the billing page, send the amount shown (in taka) to the number displayed, and enter the transaction id. We approve it — usually within one working day — and your plan activates. International cards go through Stripe and activate instantly.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The workspace moves to the Free limits until you pick a plan; your pages, content and knowledge base stay exactly where they are. You can also keep using Free for one page indefinitely.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, yourself, at any time: disconnect a social account, delete a page, delete a workspace or delete your whole account. Each removes the related data at once — tokens, posts, media, comments, messages. See data deletion for details and the Facebook confirmation lookup.
